As a user of Ignition, this statement explains what information we hold about you and why we hold it.
In the context of this privacy statement, "we" means Idonix Ltd, being a "Data Processor" - it
processes your personal data.
Depending on the implementation of Ignition, we may keep the following information about you:
This is a legal bit. We believe that that the lawful basis for holding and processing your data is because we have some form of contract with you.
Your information is always kept securely. We don't do anything fancy with it - there's no scary profiling going on.
It will either be stored on secured servers inside your network, on secured servers inside our network, or on cloud hosted services. Any cloud servers we use are located inside the EU or the US - if in the US then the service providers will be signed up to the Privacy Shield Framework.
The only time it's transferred anywhere else is as part of a routine backup procedure - backups are of course also kept securely on Idonix servers hosted inside the European Economic Area.
Your account details will stay until your working relationship with Idonix Ltd is at an end. Traces of your presence may remain after that - certain records may remain tagged with your login name and/or ip address or computer name.
If at any point you feel that the information we may keep about you is unjustified or incorrect, then you do have the right to see it, have it corrected, or even to have it deleted (seems a bit rash!).
If you wish to exercise any of these rights you should let us know
. If you feel that your enquiry has not been correctly dealt with you can contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office
